CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand that life happens and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. As a sole practitioner, my time is limited and each appointment slot is carefully managed to offer the best possible service to every client.

Notice Period

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer the slot to someone else who may be waiting.

Short Notice Cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. This helps to cover the cost of lost time that could other wise have been used to support another client.

No-Shows

If you miss your appointment without prior notice, you may be charged 100% of the service cost. Repeated no-shows may result in future bookings being declined.

Running Late

If you're running late, I will do my best to accommodate you within your scheduled time. However, your session may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients. Full payment will still be required for the originally booked session length.

Emergency Situations

I completely understand that emergencies happen. Please reach out to me as soon as possible, and I'll do my best to handle the situation with understanding and flexibility.
