JAPANESE HEAD SPA HAS OFFICIALLY ARRIVED AT INDULGE! 💆♀️🙌
From TODAY - 1st October 2026 - Japanese Head Spa is officially available to book at Indulge Massage Therapy in Mexborough, Doncaster.
And I am SO excited for you all to experience this one. 😬
If you’re one of those people who secretly wishes the hairdresser would just carry on washing and massaging your head for another half an hour… I think we may have found your new favourite treatment. 😂
So… what actually IS a Japanese Head Spa?
If you’ve seen Japanese Head Spa videos popping up all over TikTok and Instagram lately, you’ll probably already know exactly why I wanted to bring one to Indulge. 😍
Japanese Head Spa is a gorgeous relaxation treatment focusing on the head, hair and scalp, combining hands-on scalp techniques, cleansing, warm water and specialist head spa equipment.
And then, of course, there’s THAT halo. 💦😍
The water halo creates gentle streams of water around the head while you’re lying comfortably on the treatment couch and it looks pretty spectacular too!
Combine that with the scalp work, warm water and the cosy Indulge treatment room and the whole experience has been designed to give you something I know a LOT of my clients struggle to do…

This is very much a relaxation and wellbeing treatment, rather than a clinical scalp treatment, so please be aware that scalp analysis isn’t included.

A full hour to lie back, shut your eyes and enjoy the Japanese Head Spa experience, including relaxing scalp techniques, hair and scalp cleansing and, of course, the gorgeous water halo. 😍
Basically… 60 minutes where nobody needs anything from you.
Sounds pretty good, doesn’t it?
90 Minute Japanese Head Spa + Mini Facial - £85
Now THIS is the indulgent one.
You'll enjoy the Japanese Head Spa experience, but during the treatment you'll also receive a relaxing mini facial.

One thing worth mentioning is that Japanese Head Spa at Indulge is a standalone treatment.
That means I won’t be squeezing a massage into the same treatment slot.
And there’s a reason for that.
I really didn’t want to introduce Head Spa and then rush through it just so we could fit something else in afterwards. I want you to have enough time to properly enjoy the experience without feeling like we’re racing against the clock.
Of course, if you fancy one of my massages as well, you can always book that separately.
