400 Five-Star Google Reviews - Thank You! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Well… this feels pretty special! 🥰

I'm incredibly proud to share that Indulge Massage Therapy has now reached 400 five-star reviews on Google. Even typing that feels a little surreal.

But there's something that makes this milestone even more special for me: it was only last September that I was celebrating reaching 300 five-star Google reviews.

That's another 100 five-star reviews in less than a year. ❤️

As an independent massage therapist, every single review means far more to me than simply another number appearing on Google. Behind each one is somebody who chose Indulge for their treatment, trusted me with their time and money, and then took a few minutes afterwards to share their experience.

So before anything else…

From 300 to 400 Five-Star Reviews ⭐

When I wrote my blog celebrating 300 five-star Google reviews in September 2025, I remember thinking what an incredible milestone that was.

I certainly wasn't expecting to be sitting here just a year later writing another one because we've already reached 400!

Indulge has continued to grow and change over the past 12 months, but one thing that has remained incredibly important to me is providing the same friendly, personal and professional experience to everyone who walks through my door.

Whether you've visited for a relaxing Swedish massage, a firmer deep tissue massage, a hot stone massage, reflexology, Indian head massage or one of the other treatments I offer, I want you to feel comfortable from the moment you arrive.

There's no conveyor belt of clients here.

Indulge is my little business and I genuinely care about the experience you have when you're with me. ❤️

Why Your Google Reviews Matter So Much

When you run a small independent business, recommendations are incredibly powerful.

Someone searching Google for a massage therapist in Doncaster or Mexborough doesn't necessarily know me. They haven't experienced a treatment at Indulge yet and they don't know what to expect when they arrive.

Your reviews help them make that decision.

They can read about genuine experiences from people who have already visited Indulge, whether they came for relaxation, to work on tired and aching muscles or simply because they needed an hour to switch off from everything else going on in life.

That's why I read every review that's left for me and why I try to personally respond to every one.

Those reviews have helped new clients discover Indulge, helped build trust in my business and allowed it to continue growing.

400 of them is something I will never take for granted.

More Than Just a Massage 💆‍♂️

I've always wanted Indulge to feel a little different.

Of course, the treatment itself matters enormously. But for me, a great massage experience isn't only about what happens on the massage couch.

It's the warm welcome.

It's having time to talk about what you want from your treatment.

It's remembering the little things.

It's creating a calm, private space where, for 30, 60 or 90 minutes, you can forget about everything waiting for you outside the treatment room.

And sometimes it's simply giving somebody permission to stop for a while.

Reading through my Google reviews and seeing those things reflected back at me is probably the part I'm proudest of.

Indulge wouldn't be where it is today without the people who continue to support it.

Some of you have been coming to me for years. Others have only recently discovered me. Some come regularly, some visit when their body tells them it's time, and some I might only see occasionally.

Every one of you contributes to keeping this little independent business going.

Every booking.

Every gift voucher.

Every recommendation to a friend or family member.

Every share on Facebook or Instagram.

And, of course, every single Google review.

They all matter.

Last September it was 300.

Now it's 400.

I genuinely have no idea when I'll be sitting here writing about 500 five-star Google reviews… but considering how quickly the last 100 arrived, perhaps I shouldn't leave it too long before thinking about that blog!

For an independent massage therapist and a business I've poured so much of myself into over the years, that feels pretty amazing.
